Your account
One account per person, with accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. An account may be suspended if it is used to mislead people.
If you are hiring
Post only real openings at a company you are authorised to represent. State the pay honestly. Do not ask applicants for money, bank details or documents unrelated to the role. Use what candidates send you to consider them for the job they applied to, and nothing else.
New postings may be reviewed before they appear publicly, and a posting or a company can be removed if it turns out to be false or abusive.
If you are applying
Describe your own experience truthfully, and apply only to roles you are genuinely interested in. You cannot apply to a job posted by a company you yourself work for on this platform.
Reviews of companies
You can review a company's hiring process only if you applied to one of its jobs here, and only from your own experience of it: one review per company, which you can edit or delete at any time. Write about the process, not the people in it. Leave out names, contact details and anything else that identifies someone, anything the company keeps confidential, and anything discriminatory, abusive or obscene. You cannot review a company you work for.
Someone on our team reads every review, and every company's answer, before it appears. We hold one back only for breaking these rules, never because it is negative or because the company disagrees with it. We do not decide whose account of events is right: we treat a review as clearly false only when our own records contradict it, such as a review saying a company never replied to an application it did reply to. Our AI may point our team to things to check, but a person makes every decision.
A company can publish one answer under each review. It cannot remove or hide a review, and reporting one does not take it down. An answer must not name or describe the person who wrote the review, threaten them, or press them to change or remove it. A company must not offer anything in return for a review of itself or of anyone else.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it where the service requires — a posting on its public page, a review on the company's page, a CV to the company you sent it to.
What we do not promise
We are a place where openings and applicants meet. We do not guarantee that a posting will find candidates, that an application will get an answer, or that every company here is a good employer. Verification checks that a company is who it says it is, not that it is pleasant to work for.
Changes
These terms can change as the service does. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.
